Crystal clear day, blue skies, big fluffy clouds and vivid spring colors smiled on nearly 100 Huntington citizens who showed up for the ribbon cutting of the just completed Erie Rail Trail bridge.  

The Erie Band played several great songs including the national anthem sung by the crowd.  Several Erie Railroad retirees were on hand as well.  Special thanks to councilmen Joe Blomeke, Jack Slusser and Charles Chaam for being present.  Kudos to John Nelson and David Henkle of DLZ for their outstanding engineering.  As well, kudos to Joe Thomas of Primco for their great work in rehabbing the historic structure.
