Today was another good day for Huntington and the collaborative efforts of HCUED and civic leaders with the announcement of the opening of Perfection Wheel. A Journal-Gazette article reported this morning that Perfection will be investing $1.7 million in capital improvements.
The start-up will be located in the vacant factory (formerly the old Triad-Utrad building) on the northeast corner of N. Briant Street and E. State Street. It is anticipated that the new company will add an additional 53 jobs to the expanding Huntington economy.
This is a great example of how good things happen when we work together to move our city forward.
